The Project
Jamaica No Ja Makai is a vibrant, Caribbean-inspired anime concept featuring a completed full-color manga which launched in Japan in May, and the English version to be launched in June in Jamaica with a short film! This project is currently seeking publishers and studio partners for development. Created by Jamaican content creator, Ethan Campbell-Reid, aka 'Yaadman Etan,' as the Cultural Director, and Vincentian filmmaker, Tolga Akcayli, as story writer & producer - this project blends Caribbean storytelling with anime aesthetics, carving out a unique niche in the genre.
